Starbucks

Starbucks is inside store. Cashier was super nice. Unfortunately our drinks tasted AWFUL!! Order an Americano with a splash of milk, the drink was basically milk with a splash of coffee and alot of sweetener. Ordered a Frappuccino Mocha, the drink tasted sour. YES SOUR!! Believe something was spoiled Unfortunately will not be visiting this location again.

Whoever the two girls that are working at 9am on 5/15/23 are very rude and unprofessional. There was no one else around I was the only customer and they were lazy rude and unprofessional. They looked like they were miserable and hated their job. This is my second bad experience with the same level of disrespect and ugliness.

RUDE & SLEEPY EMPLOYEES Last weekend, I bought a matcha tea latte from this place. When the lady checked me out and I paid, the screen showed 'green tea'. So, I asked her if that was the matcha. She replied that it was, and then asked me: You don't know that? SHAME ON YOU.' While she might have been joking, I didn't appreciate it. I've had a previous experience where I was given a mocha instead of a matcha drink, which is why I asked. There was no need for her to give me a rude answer and roll her eyes. Her behavior made me want to cancel my order immediately. I was totally shocked and disappointed. I am not an employee there, so I didn't know that matcha means green tea in your company's language. Instead of mocking me, she could have simply said "yes, ma'am", and I or anyone else would have appreciated it. While they had three employees and only two customers ordering at that time, they were very slow and seemed to still be in a sleepy mode. Thanks, but no thanks. I will never come back to this place to buy anything again.
