        The customer service here is a joke, so if you dont mind employees bad mouthing you, this is your place. Get some training for your employees, Sharma, because not everyone drinks iced or flavored coffees and wants that as a substitute.

        Felt rushed, not good customer service, my ice latte was warm, all the cream and sugar sat at the bottom. Should of went somewhere else.

        The ladies were pretty fast and there were only 4 people in line. Maybe because it was 5.30 AM at the DFW airport on December 11,2021. The coffee was very hot and that, to me was a plus, considering that in other places they don't even give you a warm, decent coffee. Medium Black Coffee $2.89 (well...it's the airport afterall)

        Ordered a small cappuccino and got about 16 ounces of milk with a shot of espresso. Just one word TRAINING.
