Starbucks

Obviously, being in the heart of an airport, they are extremely busy. Expect a 10+ minute wait for your order. Most people get frustrated since they order right before their plane is boarding. That being said, my orders are made correctly and the employees are friendly. I do think the pricing is a bit more expensive than traditional Starbucks.

Poorly run location. They get backed up pretty quickly and take over 20 minutes to produce food and drink orders without warning before ordering. They also dont refund. I had to leave to board a flight and was out $15.

Im sitting here by gate 6 stood at the front ready to place my order around 7:30pm- 3 4/23 employees on duty and as i stood there for 3-5mins nobody acknowledged me ensured they had their backs turned purposefully and could not simply say they were closed- a young Hispanic man 3rd employee came from backroom and was the only one that stated anything. Ridiculous- RM/DM please pull surveillance at this location. Its 0 customer service.

They just charged me 6 dollars for a ice vanilla latte with no coffee in it, and of course they didnt care. Nasty!!! Skip the Starbucks at Dallas Love Field.

This Starbucks is in a large, international airport that has flights arriving and departing until well in to the late evening and all nightime hours, and they close at 5pm. Everything they had, as far as juice and water drinks, as well as chips and other snacks, just left sitting out, it didn't even look closed. There were 6 people in line before one of us finally saw a tiny sign letting us know their hours. Not good unless you fly during business hours.
