I walked in to this store for the first time and i was amazed about everything I seen from suits to regular going out cloths. the set up was cool inside to remind me of that movie kingsman real G. Style

This place is boujee as heckI came to return my $19 T-shirt I bought at a Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store location without knowing that this location only accepts returns/exchanges from the main-line brand. Instead of shaming me or making me feel like I didn't belong, the sales associate were super gracious and redirected me to another store. I know other reviews have mentioned that sales associates were following customers around or making them feel unwelcomeand I respect those experiences and don't discount them. I appreciate my own experience and am glad I didn't feel that way. (In fact, the whole experience was actually very warm: none of that 'cold salesperson who knows you can't afford this' vibe.) They were so kind I decided to stick around and window-shop/browse the store for a bit! The store is absolutely gorgeous and has some truly classic menswear (though honestly I felt too poor to even breathe there lol). I'd like to give 'kudos' to one sales associate (forgot his name, but a Latino gentleman) who helped find a leather jacket for me in the back so I could see it in real life. While it was out of my budget and I didn't have any intent to buy (and made that clear), he was happy to hunt for the product and take time out of his day to help me. I so appreciate him and the product was beautiful in real life. The upstairs is GORGEOUS (all Ralph Lauren "Home" stuff) and the furniture is sexy as heck. Again, I'm way too poor to afford any of this, but I really appreciated the experience and how inclusive/kind they were.
