Mrs. Sandoval, I just left you a message on your phone. Please, understand that the day you came into the office you were very acute and in a lot of pain. You were in a dehydrated stated and you had severe muscle spasms and you have had years of lumbar disc damage and hip displacement issues in the past. Any time you have a chronic condition and damaged discs your condition can flare up at any time. When you came in on your 1st and only treatment you could barely walk in straight, and you were so sore and stiff. Chiropractors are not medical doctors who prescribe medicines that numb your pain symtomatologies temporally while the drug is on your pain receptor binding sites. As you stated you have gone to chiropractors for over 10 years, so you have a serious condition and when you decided to come in you were in a very acute and painful state. We did intersegmental roller bed on you, diathermy, interferential with an anti-inflammatory with ice, and an adjustment. Your lumbar discs are damaged and when they are inflamed and irritated plus bulging on a nerve then that leads to you feeling a lot of pain. It usually takes several visits to decrease pressure on a nerve that is inflamed or irritated. When someone has a condition like yours, it is not a simple one-time visit, and you are out of pain. It takes time and why you have had to go to chiropractors for 10 years now. All you had to do is call the office and we would have seen you the next day and do more treatments to help your inflamed and irritated lumbar discs and nerves with more physical therapy modalities to help decrease your pain and swelling and there was no real need to leave a negative rating after only one visit when you know how serious your condition is and how flared up you were the day you came in. I have no hard feelings and I would have even of let you come in the very next day if you had called me and let me know how you were still feeling for free.
