Incredibly disappointed and frustrated by the customer service. I ordered a necklace, and I didn't receive that I ordered. Since I've sent emails and left voicemails with no response. I really hope I can get this resolved and make my little girl's day.

I am so happy with my purchases from JoJo Mommy. This is my second time shopping with them and what a great online experience that it was! There is such an extensive variety of unique childrens items and everything came beautifully wrapped. I can see great care goes into their shipping of gifts and I was very impressed.
I also had to add an item into the order, and their customer service was so helpful and got back to me right away and made it happen seamlessly. I will definitely be shopping here again and I highly recommend this beautiful store. I am out of state and will definitely continue to support this small business!

They have really good collection and I was so happy to find them online BUT no responsibility on customer service, they are absolutely dont care after your purchase as my experience after first/ last time purchase, I shopped almost $400 and tried to return/ exchange one item, I emailed, called, text, voicemail for probably more than 20 times over a month. Finally the lady picked up the phone, we talked and she said she will back to me, still no response, I keep called again but they didnt pickup the phone either, so disappointed and sad when you trying to support small business but they are doesnt responsible or care! I will never shop from there and absolutely doesnt recommend.
