Have to agree with Sew's review. Poor communication, ridiculous fees and when you ask a question seeking help this is the type of communication you receive. "See my prior note." (The prior note said Not our problem). Mark Patten, CPA If you want to pay a bunch of money, have people be non-responsive (Mandy) and most certainly overpay on your taxes, this is your group.

This CPA firm is unconscionable. I own a great small business in Plano and was charged over $2500 just to file personal taxes, had horrible communication with Mandy, to the point where I was terminated by the firm for asking for another meeting after having to cancel because my dog had to be put down the day of our original meeting. I would NEVER suggest any other business use this firm.
