Your talent acquisition employee(s) are very unprofessional and impatient. I had a call scheduled with Jennifer W. to potentially work at one of your locations. We set up a time, and SHE had to reschedule. I was just getting home earlier when she called. I said I just needed to park and that I could put her on hold. I muted myself on the call, proceeded to park my car, and she hung up. Would not answer my texts, and any additional calls went straight to voicemail meaning she likely blocked my number. So when SHE needed to completely reschedule an employment screening, it's okay, but when I need less than 2 minutes to drive up the hill and park my vehicle in front of my house I'm not a hireable candidate. She stated there was background noise, which is WHY I PUT HER ON HOLD IN THE FIRST PLACE. What if I was on the freeway? Would I not be allowed to safely pull over onto the shoulder even? The call lasted LESS THAN 1 MINUTE AND 30 SECONDS. She was on hold for like 1 minute and just gave up on talking to me. WOW. Mind you I applied to this job in JANUARY. Your company must have viewed me as a last resort to be calling me nearly 3 months later. Well, happy to say you were my last resort as well. You lost out big time guys. I'm a fantastic salesperson with over half a decade of experience, and even prior experience selling phones and plans at AT&T.
