Family-owned business. Super nice and friendly people. I had an exceptional experience when I went to buy some rugs from them. One of the rugs I bought was damaged a year later by a leak in the home and sat for a month saturated by water. They came and got my rug 2 weeks later they called to say it was done and it looked like nothing had ever happened to it. Simply amazing service and amazingly nice people.
