Dr Bowers is a great Dr. he also treats one of my other family members so that why I scheduled an appt. The office staff has no idea what theyre doing. They called me 2 days before my new patient appt that I had scheduled about 1-2 months out to have me get my medical records. I work in a medical office and we always request our patients medical records before their appts! They called again the next day and asked to send records. I called and had records sent. The Dr was running behind that day. I then get pulled back and the medical assistant was sweet enough. Then says oh we just have your labs and not other records!! I then called the week after being seen to get ICD 10 codes and CPT codes for my testing so I could call insurance. She didnt even know what an ICD 10 code was. The lady asked had I ever been seen there as a patient? Um yes just had an appt last week. She kept asking what location and when I was seen. She saw my insurance card but nothing else. I told her I had an ECG. There has to have been some sort of progress note saying I was seen. If they dont have documentation that I was there what else could go wrong. Im not going back!!!

One year ago today, Dr. Bowers saved my brother, Louie Perez's life. He was scheduled to leave town for Christmas, but instead, delayed his trip in order to perform life saving surgery on him. My family will forever be grateful for this kind and caring surgeon. Merry Christmas to Dr. Bowers and his staff !!! God Bless you all.

The office is run very efficiently. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Bowers was quite personable, knowledgeable, and spent a fair amount of time explaining my situation. Very nice experience with a specialist.
