I ended up actually not having my car detailed, but had to write about Victor's professionalism fantastic energy! I live in an apartment and had no where to have my car detailed and he agreed to detail my car at their location. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment due to my car being in the shop longer than anticipated and overlapping with my appointment time. I called Victor to cancel last minute and he was extremely kind and understanding. When I get my car back (and financially recover from the repairs it needs) I will absolutely reschedule! 10/10 for Victor's professionalism and kindness.
