        I order from this location a lot and normally have no issue. However, today, the Napa Chicken Sandwich tastes sour, like it is on its last day before rotting, and I don't think red grapes should be black on one side. Again, normally, not a bad experience but today gross, sloppy work.

        Bread was like a hockey puck and I was given a rotten apple, I'm pretty disappointed, I spent a lot of money, only thing good was the soup, if I could give zero starts I would

        Ordered curbside, arrived and waited then had to go in...at least 4 women working inside. Not a single customer and yet not one could be bothered to bring coffees and food to the car. Asked for manager, she did nothing. Never giving business to these clowns again.

        Ordered delivery through app, order never showed up, called store twice with no answer, manager Rose or Rosey answered third time but offered no help other than DoorDash phone number. Keep in mind ordered through Panera. Order ended up getting cancelled and never showed up. Garbage service, garbage restaurant.

        I came in for lunch at noon and the sweet young girl at the front who was taking orders had the best customer service Ive seen in the store Ive seen in a long time. Ive worked across the street for 16 years and I would love to see her for the next 16!
