We purchased new copier C250i and then it has not been setting up over the two weeks. Technician did not show up even we had setup schedule. Horrible.

It would take an eternity to write everything that is wrong with this company. Need to talk to someone, good luck. Need your machine serviced? Good luck. Greasy lying sales people? Check. If I could give them zero stars I would. I have had to deal with this company for nearly 10 years and it's been miserable every step of the way. Since I have to give 1 star, I would say it's for MOST of the techs, not all of them though. They have a few amazing techs that are a light in the darkness that is Konica Minolta. Rest of the techs have no idea which way is up, lie to you repeatedly about what they are doing and when they will fix your machine and then won't show up until you get mad enough to get a supervisor involved. Oh and getting that supervisor involved is a chore in and of itself. Terrible Company overall. If you are stuck dealing with this company, squeaky wheel gets the grease, 100%. Good luck getting anything from them before you're foaming at the mouth.

I don't recommend Konica. Ever hear the song "Hotel California"? You know where they say, "You can check-out any time you like, But you can never leave!'" That is what it you will experience if you sign a lease with this company. They raise their rates every lease agreement, where a competitor company was able to give the same machine at half their rate. They ripped us off for many years. They showed very passive aggressive behavior toward as we worked out of this lease. Their communication between sales, leasing company (Wells Fargo in Atlanta), service department and customer was horrific! They failed to deliver many, many times. Our workers in our company are very glad we are done with them! They inconvenienced us greatly as we worked out of this lease and wouldn't give an apology even when I coached them how to offer a professional one.
