        I would give 1 star if I could. I am continually locked out of ADP and ADP has no customer support. When you contact ADP their outgoing messages and bot responses just go in circles. Worst customer service I have ever had.

        They cancelled my services without tell me. I found out the day I went to run payroll, leaving me in a huge bind. No one can seem to tell me why I wasn't informed before prior to tunning my payroll. All of our other systems worked perfectly.

        I don't even know why they are still in business. They are horrible. They messed up on all my employees w2 taxes and could not give us a time frame when the problem was going to be fixed. We call everyday asking for help and no one is helping.. I'm a small business cannot afford these type of issue. Please Business owner run away from ADP.
