This has to be one of my favorite store fronts. Customer service is top tier.

My first Asop experience was amazing! The sales associate, though I dont remember her name, was extremely knowledgeable. What I remember is that she wore glasses. Anyways, the stores aesthetic was very calm and organized. I got a personalized experience by the sales associate. She clearly listened to what I liked and disliked. She asked good questions and made good recommendations. She even took note as to what samples I would like. My shopping bag was sprayed with Gloam which I will be buying next time I go to Dallas.

The staff were so helpful and kind! They helped me get the best products for my specific needs. I really appreciate them answering all my questions and letting me try all the products I was considering. This level of care is rare these days.

Very Bad location and the staff are not friendly and rude and they do not have any job ethic, especially the associate sale Aysha,she has poor conversation and bad customer service. I wish from Aesop owner look at carefully at this location. I have never recommend at the this location on north park mall
