Bill helped me with some issues I was having with the IRS and assisted me in filing Bankruptcy. This process took almost one and a half years due to issues I had obtaining documents (i.e. Birth Certificate, I had to go to the court for a name change). Then Covid-19 hit and that hampered things even more. Through it all, Bill and Erin were always there to answer my questions or concerns. They were very supportive.
