AVOID this location, if you wish to treated like a human. Don’t go here if you have any problems, because you won’t get legitimate service. They will have you discussing your private financial life through the plexiglass screen while there’s customers to your left, right, and in line behind you. Everyone will hear what’s going on with your account. Been with Chase for over 10 years and shut down my account today due to the way they treated me at THIS SPECIFIC location.

I've been a Chase customer since 1996, and had never had a negative experience at a branch until today. As a matter of fact, I've been to this branch many times and usually had a good experience. However, they just got a new manager and she's absolutely rude. I wanted to make a simple cash withdrawal but wanted specific denominations so I filled out a withdrawal ticket. When I got to the window she informed me that she would make a onetime exception and process the withdrawal using the withdrawal ticket, but that going forward I wouldn't be allowed to use them and I had to use my debt card. Now I don't know if that's a new Chase thing or just that branch because it's a former WAMU branch and they did a lot of things through a debit card reader, but the manager could definitely speak to her customers differently. She's not doing me a favor by processing my withdrawal, I'm doing Chase a favor by doing all of my banking with them for 24 years. And I certainly don't need to be talked down to because I need to make a simple withdrawal. If Chase is changing a process, the way to present that to customers is in a positive way... For example, "Good morning Mr. So and so, Chase has a new and simpler way to process your transaction. All you need is your debit card so you don't have to take time filling out a withdrawal ticket." The manager definitely missed an opportunity to educate her customer in a smooth and positive way, and definitely did not make a good first impression with a long term customer.

It's a bank. It has an ATM. All is good. [Except I forgot quarter wraps again.]
