The rate was good, and everything was fast, simple, and digital. The online secure portal for uploading documents was easy to use, and the team was friendly and efficient. We have refinanced several times with different banks, and this was the simplest, most straightforward process. Would definitely use them again!

        The worst lender experience hand down. From unprofessional texts to wrong information on closing documents to their lack of concern of us as a customer and delay in helping us. Super disappointed with them. We chose them based on their values and they acted like used car salesmen.
