        Just moved here from DC and the customer service is Ridiculous! If this is the representation of Bank of America in Texas, I'll definitely be switching banks.

        JUST FREAKING TERRIBLE!!! If I could give it a -5 Star review, I would. If you come to this location or the Bank in itself, you won't get the help you thought you were looking for. Tellers are so so slow, and there isn't even enough tellers to help the customers. Also if you are wanting to get a home loan or so other help, don't let the Lending Officer Elisa S. there help you, she doesn't return calls, or you email you back, she doesn't respond to them either, it's when you call up there or email her that she will tell you "Oh, I was just about to call you." Just terrible service! Go to another Bank period!!
