Definitely never coming back to this place. I will take my business somewhere else. Went to this place today, tried to open a business account and the lady at the lobby didn't even know what she was talking about.. .

Extremely rude branch. Went in for a 10 AM appt waited for someone to even speak to me to say good morning for 15 mins before I finally went to the tellers to let them know I had an appointment then they said you should have told us. Ok well I made eye contact, smiled and tried to speak to every person which they just waltzed past me. Finally sat down with the manager who was as unhelpful as she could be. Apparently, even though the appointment confirmation said you only need one ID, they wanted a second ID. When I told her I was frustrated that their system told me otherwise - she just said yeah you cant trust that. Okay well its YOUR system, I didnt find the info on Reddit, it was on my appointment confirmation!! Overall horrible experience, if I could give them 0 stars I would.

My experience at this Branch has always been a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, professional.
