        While setting up a policy with them, they made me feel that my word was not good enough . They had my family names and added three persons I didn't know. I explained that my family lived in different cities, but the agency kept asking me the same question ! WOW!

        I have both my auto insurance and home owners with Standard Insurance. The rates are the best I have found. We had a sewer line failure and found out there was a policy ryder with our home owner insurance that covered it. We had to pay a plumber to camera inspect and document proof that it was broken, but they did pay up to the policy max. Plan to continue using them.
