Beware beware beware!!! I went to pay my bill and this was the 2nd time that they were not open on time. My bill is due today and I have to work. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have dealt with. How sad. If only you knew how to open on time in a professional manner I wouldn't have to bring down your score like this.

This place has gone downhill. They close their offices during the day for lunch, but that is not mentioned in the bussiness hours. The time they close is random, the time length is random too. Is difficult to contact, dont answer phone, dont return messages, employees have a lame attitude, uninterested. After my insurance term expires, i will go with another provider even if i have to pay more. Used to be a good company. Save yourself from huge lossof time and infuriation
