Great experience - good communication throughout. One part that was ordered came in damaged and the shop found a replacement quickly. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance so I didnt have to spend time messing with it.

My daughters car was hit and Ames was recommended to us by BMW dealership. From start to finish , Olga and team were so kind and got back to me quickly and answered questions since this was unusual out of pocket from the person who hit my daughter. Ames Collision Center was recommended to me by my local automobile mechanic and I am so happy I listened. Ruby Jean (the name I gave my red Mercedes C-250) was accidentally backed into a cement wall in a parking garage; very traumatic for both of us. Some time went by and I finally made the decision to give old Ruby Jean the body & trim repair she needed. Working with Ames Collision Center was an AMAZING experience.
