Quality Bumper Service

Took time out to check out my bumper and give me a pretty good price..

it's been almost a year to chrome 2 classic car bumpers, called multiple times and left messages. Joe avoids my calls and will not return my calls. It's time to show up in person to find out what's going on. Chapter 11 around the corner ?

Won’t be back. %100 satisfaction is not guaranteed. Was told 6-8 weeks for chrome. It took 4 months. That’s after several calls. Joe was unwilling to to bring price down even by $20 because one piece looked bad. He said “I don’t see what your talking about”. This place lost out on my hot rods and several of my friends that have classics. Too bad Joe. I should of went with the place in Houston, it’s more money but better “quality” and faster turn around. And they actually call you back. If I was the owner I’d tell Joe to hit the road.

Very poor customer service! They told me 3-4weeks to get my bumpers back and took them 3months! After I called and called all they would say is I will return your call and never would! I will never ever come to this place again and I wouldn’t recommend any one to come here I’m sure there is better places with better service and quicker Turn around!
