So Rolando, come in and I will issue you a refund ..You came in at the end of the day with only 45minutes or so and wanted a "top off" of new refrigerant r1234yf..you were supposed to come back the next morning...I did what you asked me to do.. It takes time and you gave me none, you had to get to your meeting....I see on your google reviews you give the majority of businesses one star...a little communication goes a long way...have a great day..

Well Mr. Fritz, You brought us your 1980's truck with aftermarket a/c parts, hoses and heater hose clamps on every line...having been to another shop before us...We performed an a/c service-charged your a/c with fluorescent dye to find the leak....We ran the a/c and kept the truck overnight with no leaks found and the vehicle blew cold air the next day .. you took the vehicle .. after contacting us and bringing us the truck many days later we did a thorough check and were unable to find the dye trace with our blacklight .. you took the truck fully charged and blowing cold.no charge ..we will not charge you again as many times as is needed to find the leak, but we need the vehicle to diagnose it...You lastly called and were upset your a/c leaked down again, but will not return the truck for us to diagnose, always at no charge after initial a/c service cost...We apologize for not meeting your expectations...If you would like to return with receipt and credit card we will give you a full refund...My first a/c service professionally was in 1986...I worked at Ford dealerships from 1990-2009 before going independent....I have worked on thousands of old ford trucks...We are happy to continue looking for the leak to give you an estimate or just a refund...As we talked about the first time, with your corroded and rusted old aftermarket system you may be headed for an entire system...you made the comment you do not want to spend the money on entire system... just as info on a decades old vehicle that has not seen full a/c pressure in many years gets charged up, many times it will slowly leak from every old hose over time, the a/c system being use to running at lower a/c pressure...let us know what you would like to do, we are happy to retest and proceed with repairs but will not shotgun repairs or guess. Sorry for not meeting your expectations..
