Guidance from this firm flip flopped, from, you can beat this and they dont have a caseto, you should probably file bankruptcy. Chris made promises and delivered nothing. Did not communicate well through the process and allowed things to drag on so he could justify expending the retainer. Apparently, Chris #2 also spent a number of hours on my case, not sure on what because we never spoke. I would not recommend this firm.

Curtis Law Group represents people injured thru the negligence of others – truck wrecks, defective products, dangerous drugs and motor vehicle collisions. We represent clients around the country on a contingency basis – we don’t get paid unless we are successful with the case. We have never done hourly work, we do not collect retainers, and we do not have any employees named Chris. We would appreciate if you would connect this review to whatever firm you actually worked with, and we hope you can come to resolution with that firm.

I had the pleasure of working with Rob on my case. I was a victim of another driver hitting my friend and I and I felt really good about my case once talking with Rob. He was very transparent, always calling me to update me on the timing of everything, what was going on with the insurance companies, and even checking in with me to ensure I was feeling alright. As i am trying to sleep while still hurting from my injuries after the accident(almost a year ago) I cant help but feel that this law group never truly was going to look out for me as I hoped. The pain and suffering I am having to go through and the least I want was for them fight for me as if my life depends on it. They only wanted to settle out of court, not only did I have a police report with a witness who also reported the accident to provide enough evidence that the accident was causing by the person who also reported they were at fault they only wanted me to settle. I am left with trauma, pain, suffering that will never go away after the accident..and to not even ask about how I was doing, only to sign and make sure to get paid before my health insurance tries to take the money that they rightfully are owed for paying the 100k+ hospital bill. If you want someone to really care and take you accident serious dont use them, all they are going to want is for you to sign and settle for pennys on the dollarI guess if I would have insured myself for more than 100k like the lawyer said I needed to do to avoid these kind of issues, its only so that they know how much they will be able to get for sure if they go after your insurance, even if you are not at fault. I hope they read this and write back to try and explain the decision they made but all I care about is that they release the lean they have so I can find the right lawyer to help. Maybe then I will think about taking down this post.

Jonathan we have scheduled several in person meetings with you to explain the unfortunate reality of your case – that the person who hit you only had minimum insurance coverage which is not even enough to cover the medical bills paid by your health insurance. Unfortunately, you never made it to any of those scheduled meetings, but we will happily schedule another one. As much as we hate that the at-fault individual did not have enough insurance coverage, that is the reality you are faced with. We have been trying for many months to help you understand that we simply cannot change that reality. However, we are still willing to try to at least get your medical bills paid off from the settlement offer the insurance company made; paying you the entirety of their liability policy.

If you hire Curtis Law Firm you will be sorry that you did, he and his staff lie to you and cheat you out of your money.
If you do hire this firm, dont sign any papers after you work with them I promise that you will regret it and if you have money coming from your PIP CHECK, you will not get it,he will lie to and tell you that there working on it when all along he will tell you to come into the office and sign for your PIP CHECK WHEN IT IS MADE OUT TO YOU AND SOMEONE ELSE.
Dont sign anything with this Law Firm in fact dont use them at all.
Just keep telling yourself that youre right when in reality you dont know what youre talking about I did not pay any attorney fees, and as for us showing up in court my attorneys were Prepared to go to court the problem was is that you didnt show up so you wanted to settle out of court so just keep telling your lies like you have been for the last four years that Ive known you in as far as the state bar is concerned, you sent them false documents, and a letter that had lies in it, and I have all the documents and paperwork from the very first day and it shows that you sent me my PIP check and my attorney which they ask you for documents and you told them that the file was too big and you couldnt email it to them. If anybody is reading this they know that emails no matter how big the file is can be sent so words My attorney and myself know what you have done was totally illegal. Rob Adams told me I would get my money back on the rental car and that was lie as well.
You didnt wanna show up in court because you knew you would lose. Thats the truth and theres no hiding from that truth so youre making up stories again since Ive known you and I dont trust you and will never trust you again and I read between the lines, and that I am telling the truth or if I wasnt, I wouldnt be sending this post. I just want people to understand that That you are not honest, and thats the big word honesty.
If anyone wants to see all the evidence that I have just reply to this post and I will show you the proof.

Curtis Law Group represented you several years ago in an auto collision and successfully obtained a settlement for the entire policy limits from the driver that hit you. You agreed to the settlement and signed the agreement, yet you later filed a complaint to the State Bar of Texas -- and it was immediately dismissed by the State Bar as being unfounded and frivolous.
