        This review is done by Mrs. Gina Novak. I cant express how much I appreciate having recently spent 6 weeks of skilled nursing rehabilitation at Autumn Leaves. I had a medical/surgical procedure done 4 months prior to my admission, which became infected and life threatening. After an emergency surgery, I feel like the luckiest person in the world to have been admitted to A.L. There, I not only enjoyed my time with the most amazing Nurses, CNAs, Doctors, Therapists, (Physical, Occupational, Speech) and Support Staff, my rehab exceeded my expectations. I honestly miss everyone there, but their goals are to send you home, if at all possible. I cant recommend them enough.
