Highland Springs advertises a lot. The number is an automated recording. A live person is not what I have been able to reach My last attempt was shorty after 1500 hr-cdt / thu / 23-1010.

It's a great place to live, and the people who stay there are so friendly. I'm very thankful that I came in touch with so many people, and to see there kids coming to visit is just a joy. However I just want to say thanks for helping me out over the last several years. If anyone out there is looking for a job, we can use the help. Thanks to everyone

My mother moved out of Highland Springs almost 1.5 years ago. When you move in you "buy" your apartment. When you leave, they sell it to the next resident. You receive a portion of your buying price. My mother has since passed away. They have not sold the unit yet. They have built some new apartments & are only pushing those. We have called several times & they just don't care. There are many new residents there, as told by some of the current residents. She's in the building that has the cafeteria & near the front office. We can not settle the estate until these clowns get motivated. Your children will have the same issues. Buyer Beware!!
