Rob has been a saving grace in the mess I've been dealing with. The insurance company had incorrect numbers for their diminished claim offer. The insurance company didn't even try to negotiate and just gave us the full amount. Almost doubled what the insurance company offered. Rob gave us everything we needed and the insurance had no ground to stand on to even try to negotiate. Rob is VERY thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hire anyone else if I had to do any of this again.

I had an exceptional experience with Robert at ACISPRO. The price was more than fair, his appraiser came fast and did a great job with my old Ford van. After being low-balled by my insurance company and stonewalled for over a year with endless back-and-forth emails that led nowhere, I discovered my appraisal clause and reached out to Rob. Don't use anyone else! Rob proved his value when he recognized the gross error of Progressive Insurance using a biased third-party appraisal company to settle a dispute over the value of my totalled vehicle. Apparently Progressive (and probably all Insurance companies) routinely tries to lowball total loss settlement offers and then uses a biased "third-party" appraiser who also lowballs to settle the dispute. My adjuster lied and lied and lied, probably believing the lies b/c that's what they're taught. Only Rob caught the lies and errors and held them accountable! The Progressive adjuster finally admitted the errors after several discussions. I have all the phone discussions recorded. Fantastic job Rob! I'm so grateful. The settlement offer was $7000, but Rob's intervention brought it up to $11,400. He went above and beyond and spent waaaaay too much time on my claim for what he got paid, but he is honest and fair, taking time to explain to me, and make calls to Progressive for me. It was a stressful and mind blowing ordeal to deal with the shady adjuster at Progressive. Rob's initial fee doesn't cover all that extra work so I tipped him well, even though he didn't ask or complain. I value the true professionalism, and many years of experience, and deep knowledge of the industry that Rob brings to the table. I now consider him a permanent part of my team if I ever need such services again. God bless you Rob.
