The Ridge at Lancaster

Everyone deserves a Quality place to live, is the tagline for Solidago Residential Services and The Ridge at Lancaster. However, I feel as if I havent been able to fully experience the quality or customer service expressed in this tagline. I was so excited to move into my new apartment and begin a fresh start. However, two weeks into my lease and I was already experiencing unfortunate events. My toilet would not flush so I contacted maintenance for what I thought would be a normal service request. They later informed me that during construction somehow the pipes had got cement inside causing the blockage. The severity of this problem required a contractor to be called in to make the repairs and replace the pipeline. In order to correct the issue a huge hole had to be dug inside of my apartment to replace the pipes and at this point I am now living in a construction site. In the process I was exposed to dust, concrete, an uncomfortable living situation etc. Not to mention the lack of sleep caused by all the jackhammering to bust the concrete as I work at night. My sleep was disturbed every time they worked. This went on for 18 days before the job was complete. Ive reached out to management and regional management with my concerns and how the process was handled. Im a very understanding person and I know that with it being a new property that its quite busy everyday but having my complaints overlooked and ignored for going on 2 months is unacceptable. Not to mention I email; I call and go in person to try to resolve this issue. After speaking with the manager and expressing my concerns about the little to lack of communication, I was told that the matter would be handled. I have left multiple emails with no reply. Every resident matters, counts and deserves to be heard and treated with the utmost level of customer service. I feel my concerns are not being valued and Im not a priority. Not the experience I was expecting from The Ridge.

I been getting the run around from this place since March. The beginning of March I went and they told me the 2 br arent available until April but the following week I get a call from Sophia saying 1,2, and 3 br are available. Well the beginning of April I set an appointment TODAY to view a 2 br. The first red flag was the lady her poor attitude. She gave me key to do a self tour of the 2br. When I finished she asked how I like it I said it was nice ALL FOR HER TO SAY WELL THEY AREN'T AVAILABLE. WHY WOULD YOU LET ME TOUR IT IF IT WASN'T AVAILABLE ? BFFR!!!!!

Actually, I'm the Lead Superintendent that oversaw construction on this complex from start to finish along with my team under LDG and Xpert Design and Construction. I thought about my last project, Stallion Ridge, thinking it was in my top two. I truly believe that with what we've accomplished on this project, both inside and out, it's turned out that I've favored this one over Stallion. My team did an excellent job and there's not one apartment on this site that I would have reservations moving my own family into...not one. Thank you for taking the time to review my post regarding these apartments.
