I wish I could give the place ZERO stars. I have the most inconsiderate, disrespectful, disgusting neighbors that live above me one of whom is a leasing agent at the property. They stomp all day from approximately 7:00am until 10pm. Imagine trying to read, study, work, OR SLEEP! The employee was also throwing ashes and cigarette butts onto my patio which is deplorable because if it wasnt onto my patio hed essentially be littering on the property. After several complaints the littering stopped but the noise continued. Managements only solution has been to continue to complain or voice my concerns. Ive voiced my concerns several times including calling security yet the noise continues. The neighbor is an employee of Vue Fitzhugh which is the saddest poorest representation of a company Ive ever seen as this could very well be the reason there has been NO resolve. Such a terrible reflection on Tipton Group (the management company). I wouldnt move into any Tipton Property as it is obvious their business practices dont align with the values of the company. Additionally, Im more than confident the response theyll leave to this comment will be a reflection of their piss poor practices and will tell you everything you need to know about company. Dont move to this property or any other property managed by them. Im looking forward to seeing potential residents so that I may share my experience living on this property.

The apartments are amazing. The office team is very helpful and are quick to assist. The maintenance team make sure the property is always in good condition as well.

I love my apartment! The staff is Awesome! They are always warm and welcoming. I have no complaints
