Monaco on the Trail Apartments

I stayed at Monaco on the Trail for roughly two years and greatly enjoyed my time there; the apartment was well-maintained, the room itself was very comfortable, and the apartment staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to any concerns or inquiries I had. Cheers!

Lived there between June 2020 until August 2021. Terrible management with terrible ventilation in the units. Some of the units are dangerously close to high voltage electric lines. Elevators consistently broke and good luck getting them fixed on a timely manner. Garbage management that charges you with extra fees when you move out. Overall, Id stay away

Danielle is such a delight to be around! Shes the assistant manager and took time to show me a few different apartments. The tour with her was the best Ive had this whole week. The property is beautiful and I loveeee this location.
