        Unfortunately, my experience at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. From day one, I've had to deal with a persistent cockroach problem that the management seems unwilling or unable to address effectively. Additionally, the noise from upstairs neighbors is incessant, making it nearly impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet in my own home. To make matters worse, the leasing manager(monse hernandez) has been consistently rude and unprofessional, resorting to threatening behavior when confronted with legitimate concerns. Overall, I would strongly advise against renting from this establishment unless you're prepared to deal with constant frustration and disrespect

        The Fountains of Preston Hollow has been my home since 2019 and I love it but a few months ago. Me and my grandma had problems with grasshoppers and crickets but we managed to get them out! Id recommend living here.

        The complex is very well kept and the units themselves also seem to be fully renovated. Most importantly, everything has been in working order since we've moved here thanks to the management and maintenance team. The neighborhood is also very peaceful and has been very safe since we've moved here more than a year ago.

        My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year. The apartment complex is peaceful and safe, and I love how much greenery we have around here, perfect for walking our dog. Though I'm not a big fan of the all carpet for a second floor apartment, but our apartment is spacious and feel very open. Overall, I would recommend living here.

While noise from neighbors is a common occurrence in apartment living, we make every effort to communicate disruptions when they are brought to our attention. We also apologize that your experience with our manager did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, and we regret that we were unable to provide you with the services you requested. As we have previously stated, our policies and procedures apply to everyone. We cannot make exceptions for anyone, especially when it comes to subletting an apartment, which is not permitted according to your lease agreement. We also have very strict qualification requirements that everyone, including new applicants, must meet. We apologize again that we were unable to work with you in this situation.
