        Would give 0 STARS. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL Power Properties I called to get more information on the Munger Place Apartments & the lady was very rude & didnt have any information in regards to this specific property. When I told her she was being rude, she tried to talk over me & then hung up in my face. Most of their properties already have low stars anyway or theyre temporarily closed on google & I SEE WHY! DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY.

        Absurd charges on move out. Management is slow to respond. Takes forever to get anything done from maintenance. We had holes Left in our unit by maintenance when they repairs electrical work that were never patched back up. No vent hood over the stove in our unit. The outlets in the bedroom were all un-grounded, which meant I could not plug in medical equipment. Was told that would be fixed at move in and it never happened.
