Been here for over 2 years... maintenance takes forever to "fix" orders. And pest control never comes. Parking sucks... tow company doesn't even check cars for stickers...I have assigned/reserve parking and people carelessly park there anyways. They want to charge for everything but don't want to take care of anything. No body answers the phone...or are hardly ever in the office. This place has been through so many different staff and management. Plus the pool has been closed for 2 years.

Leasing office never answers phone! Very unorganized! Cant keep management, extremely rude staff, maintenance does NOT fix anything. Was over 2 weeks without hot water in the winter, no air and Texas is already becoming hot. ROACH INFESTED! THEY DONT SPRAY FOR BUGS! Just this past Thursday the manager Tamera hung up in my face. Youre probably better off living in the hood.

I lived here for almost two years the first year was amazing but after I had my baby everything went downhill. They changed management over three times now, no one answers the phone they are never in the office either. None of the work orders ever gets completed I keep getting emails that theyve been completed when no one has came to work on them! Ive been having work orders to be worked on since January. I called last week and the woman was extremely rude I told her I had been waiting for my new microwave I watched the office lady put in an order for my new microwave the day it was supposed to be installed no one came. I gave it a week and still nothing so I called up there they said it was never placed and she didnt know what was going on she was new and shell have someone come and hangs upthey never came! When it comes to work orders getting completed Ive been getting the run around for months Im seriously thinking about breaking my lease since no one is willing to work with me
