    Maddie French, the manager at Berkshire Amber is by far the best apartment manager I have ever had! I have lived in 4 different apartment buildings over the last 6 years and have never had such immediate and professional correspondence with the front office! Maddie and her team are responsive and so friendly to their residents! I've never seen a staff care so personally for each resident and make it a wonderful place to live. I can't recommend this apartment and staff enough!!! When looking to lease with Berkshire Amber, you absolutely need to call and ask for Brandon he is amazing!!!

    I've lived here for a few months and not going to lie, after reading reviews I was very anxious about my decision. Other than a few fixes, right when I moved in, I have had no major issues. Management is great, very nice and responsive so I am so confused on the reviews about the team. Great neighbors and great location. I wish the dog park was a bit larger but it's definitely better than nothing and the fact that you have to pay for light bulbs and refrigerator filter is a bit odd but again, no issues with maintenance, management or noise. EDIT: I had a very good/neutral experience the first year that I lived here. I regrettably resigned my lease recently and it's been allllllllllllll downhill. I agree with all recent negative reviews. It is unsafe here, management doesn't care whatsoever... residents are just a number and they are just there for a paycheck. They lack empathy or any sense of urgency when it comes to residents and their safety or the cleanliness and upkeep of where we live. To this leasing company, we are numbers that bring in money. If you want to feel safe where you live I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Also, correct me if I am wrong but one purpose of a leasing office is to accept oversize packages or accept packages when the hub is full or direct shipping services to said hub. INSTEAD they sent a threatening email that they will now be charging TEN DOLLARS for any packages dropped off at the leasing office. I have had to be a "Karen" far too many times while living here due to lack of human decency within this property management's company. It sucks and I understand there is a severe labor issue lately so I am hoping Berkshire can get this figured out and get this property back to how it used to be. Side note- Zeth and Brandon have alwayd been great about trying to go above and beyond and do what they could, within their powers.

    Love my new home! I had a short window of time to find an apartment and was so pleased by the amenities, style, and service I received at Berkshire Amber. Brandon in the Leasing office is the abosolute BEST and made the process very easy, even when a few minor hiccups arose. He truly cares about helping the residents here and always provides prompt follow ups to any questions or needs I had while deciding and securing my apartment. I’m also happy to add that the community is clean and very peaceful.
