These apartments are the absolute worst at their work orders. I see why they get horrible reviews as far as maintenance fixing anything. Even if its considered an after hour emergency, youll have to constantly call and call. Ive been waiting for a week to get my garage disposal fix. I see only one maintenance man, they are more concerned with the landscaping than getting to these orders done. I would not move into these apartments if you are considering doing so!

Worst apartments ever. If you are looking for a sign whether you should move to these apartments or not this is your sign NOT to move to these apartments. My husband has cancer and he cannot be exposed to the cold because of his immune system and our heater and a/c has been out for a week. I have called multiple times a day and they answer and then they click. They always say they are going to get it fixed the same day and they dont. Maintenance had came and turned of one of the breakers and now I cant cook because there is no power to the stove. When you call for a maintenance emergency they never answer. Horrible experience also there is ants in the winter and crickets in the summer and spiders year round. They dont take care of the pest they care more about making the property pretty rather than the residents concerns. I know i am not the only one. I also been having an on and off leak in the restroom that hasnt gotten fixed and ive been telling them since the summer of last year. Also walls are super thin and there is always people breaking into vehicles and the office doesnt do anything about it nor do they pay for the damages. Ladies at the leasing office are rude as well. Also the plumbing sucks you have to flush alot in order for everything to go. I have brought these concerns to the leasing office multiple times and still nothing. I hope with this review they will finally fix everything wrong with the apartment. WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!! Dont move here! Rent is not worth spending at these apartments.

It's a very clean property nobody hanging out very nice inside love that it has carpet and hopefully next month I will be moving in my 2 bedroom.

They are kicking me out without an eviction or even an eviction notice they have locked me out of my own apartment several times and they raised my rent when I was supposed to pay it so they are wrong for all this
