Hall Street Flats

I recently moved in and Chris has been absolutely amazing in helping me get in and settled. I will say there are still certain aspects of the community and surrounding area that I would love to see fixed, but the staff is great!

Mandy, Cameron, and Chris are a dynamic trio! I enjoyed the previous Modera management, but I do believe this new management team as part of Highmark-Hall Street Flats have added a new energy and flair to this property. Anytime I walk into the office I'm greeted with a smile and provided with prompt assistance. I've read through previous complaints and I can tell you that much of it is not because of the Management Team but the surrounding transitioning neighborhood (which is really not that bad). My only complaint of the property is that you can easily hear loud neighbors but I do find most people here at the property to be friendly and agreeable.

THE APARTMENTS AND COMMUNITY IS AMAZING! MAINTAINCE IS PERFECT TO THE "T" THE STAFF IS HELPFULL!! CHEERS TO CHRIS URANGA! Extremely helpful guys! We weren't in the town while selecting the apartment, and he helped us with everything, right from taking the virtual your to getting a video and helping out with the documents. He also helped us out by storing some of our packing boxes, as they arrived before us. The hallways, gym, amenity areas are extremely clean. The community is secured with electronic keys, so restricted access. Everything looks pretty. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone.
