Yorktown Luxury Apartments

This place is trash. Nothing luxury about it. They do everything to get you to sign and then once you sign your lease agreement, they forget you exist. I live in the 3rd building and theres trash and dog piss everywhere. I really never care to leave a review but you can find an apartment thats just the same for $600/ month

From the moment I walked through the door Neko was so helpful and pleasant. Outside of it being a wonderful property he is apart of the reason why i applied to make this property my home. Neko is such a wonderful assist to there team.

My apartment complex was great and only had minor issues. This apartment complex was far from luxury though. No one answers the phone & no one is in the office. From my year of staying here, they have went through like 5-7 employees. Not to mention, the gate broke 24/7 keep in mind I moved in Dec 3, 2022 & moving out Dec 3, 2023.

This is my first ever time writing a review on google, so Ill try to be non biased. I have lived here for a little over a year, on the third floor. Ill start w the positives, my apartment has never really had any bug problems and the majority of the neighbors are pretty nice. The apartments are beautiful and the pool and amenities are great for the price you pay. However, since Ive moved in, the grills in the public picnic area have not worked a single time, the gates that are supposed to make the parking lot a gated community havent worked for over 8 months of my 14 months living here. Ive called and complained a handful of times to the office about noise complaints, with nothing truly having been done to remedy the situation. Whenever you speak to someone on the maintenance team or someone in the front office (with the exception of a few people), it feels as if youre pulling teeth to try and get them to do their job, and they get immediately passive aggressive with you. I also havent had a dishwasher that has worked since I moved in. Let me say that again, I have lived here since August 2022 (and its now October 2023), and I have not received a new dishwasher or one that works. I can go into detail on the situation, but 14-15 months of not being able to fix an appliance should tell you everything you need to know about this place. Avoid at all costs. With a different staff this place would easily be 4-5 stars, but its gone severely downhill since I moved in. For location, amenities, and the building in general: 4 stars. Neighbors: 3 stars. Staff: 1 star.
