Isaac came to do a chimney sweep. He also confirmed my suspicion that our firebox needed some maintenance which he was able to take care of on the spot. This guy knows his stuff. His attention to detail and knowledge, and ability to explain it was great. There was no pressure, just courteous, professional interaction. I will ask for him whenever we need anything in his wheelhouse, and I can certainly recommend him to my friends and neighbors with confidence. Thanks Isaac.
