I cannot recommend these guys enough.
I have a property that has had ongoing humidity issues despite the AC units being only ~2 years old. After calling two other companies to discuss my issues (one of whom charged me for a visit that was unsuccessful in the attempt at repair) I called Element Mechanical (Brian, Ryan?, sorry I don't recall the name exactly).
He told me that he couldn't know exactly what the problem was without a visit, but that he wouldn't charge me if he couldn't correct the issue. His crew was on time, professional (wearing masks & boot covers), and were very respectful.
I think the guys may have been here for 15-20 minutes. They explained clearly what they suspected the issue to be, what they had implemented in order to fix it, and how to reach this exact crew by phone if it did not remedy the problem after 3-4 hours.
My property has never been more comfortable. I called and settled up for a very reasonable amount, and I now consider them my go-to HVAC company.
Later on, I even had them come back to install a min-split (ductless) system in our garage for climate control out there.
