Taco Bell

I went thru drive thru and got 4 bean burritos with x cheese and x red sauce. I couldn't find the cheese or the red sauce. So I brought them back and went inside. That was 15 min ago and I'm still standing here. I will not return!!!!

Huge sign out front says "BREAKFAST". Front door has breakfast hours on it. Glitchy touchpad kiosk allowed me to order breakfast (even though it took several minutes because it only registered about 1/10 of my taps). After I paid, employee came out and said they don't serve breakfast. We'll see if my refund goes through but I'm doubtful because the employee had problems with their cash register touchpad.

I put my order in the app. I order 5 soft tacos for my kids, and I only ordered 2 cantina chicken crispy tacos. When I got there to pick up, they had me pull up and wait. After getting my food, I got down the road before I realized they only gave 1 of my 2 tacos, so I go back and have them fix it. I told the girl with the clear glasses at the front what happened. She went to the back and told the cook, and came back and told me itll be a few minutes because they have other orders to take care of first I waited 10. All the while, the girl with clear glasses is up at the front goofing off with her friends, cussing at them, and talking about how she doesnt care because she high I finally asked when I would be getting my food because I have an hour drive home and my kids were the car about 5 mins later, I finally got the one freaking taco Service is really great when we come. Today it was horrible. I shouldnt have had to wait that long for them to correct their mistake Management needs to do better
