We had issues with our Hague water treatment unit since its been off for a year. My wife reached to Andrew Lankford and he sent Trent to our home that is over an hour away from their office and we couldnt be happier! Trent was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Got everything done in no time and the bill was more than fair. Well definitely use them again and recommend you do as well.

I have been using these guys for over 7 years. I was a custom home builder for 22 years and I've never had as wonderful as an experience as I have with RWS. They get back to you usually within 24 hours. A lot of times they've been able to help me diagnose stuff over the phone . I would have given them six stars if it was available.

We had a Hague water softener installed in 2015. Since then it has worked flawlessly. Andrew and his team have offered excellent personalized service over the last several years and continue to do so. Their service professionals are courteous and arrive on time and communicate well. Andrew has even been delivering our salt through this pandemic (following social distancing guidelines as well). I cant recommend this company more highly for anyone needing a water softener / home water purification system.

Great company ! Great service ! Awesome product !
We purchased the water softener system 8 years ago and it has performed like a rockstar ! During Harvey it never let us down and this week(Winter storm Feb 2021) it has performed amazing
We called the service manager Andrew and he patiently walked us through much needed steps to get thru power outages and low water pressure
Really wonderful .. super responsive company .. even the lady who answered the business phone was wonderful ..

I recently had "RWS" install a softener for our home because we were just not getting any pleasure from hand washing our dishes anymore. The time and effort it has saved us is more than worth the investment since we use it every day. I would never consider going back to that old rough stuff. The install was seamless and turned out very well. I was pleased to see the attention to detail and the level of precision in which they completed the task. Super satisfied customer.
