My husband was using this location for drying cleaning his polos and work shirts for about 2 years. He spends about $400 each time. For the most part the experience has been positive. This year so far they shrunk a merino wool polo. Claimed it wasnt washed but then how did it shrink so much? They did refund us for the original cost of the polo. Then I brought a comforter to be dry cleaned. Told them the white side has coffee stains. When I got the comforter back 4 days later the stains looked like they werent even touched. They were still the same color and hard. We noticed inconsistency in arm pit stain removal among several of my husbands polos. Some look like the stains were completely ignored. Still smelled like sweat and deodorant. They damaged cuff buttons and charged us for replacing them. So as of today we will never be back.
