        Part time worker is very helpfulowners not as much. Hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm but no one is ever there at 9:00am and you have to sit in the parking lot and wait. They do not accept UPS packages at all anymore which makes it hard to do business here.

        The owners of this store gave me such good good service' (because it rarely exists anymore!) I am usually out of the country due to work but my friend keeps my card to pay for my stuff. I urgently needed something and they helped him mail it to me and it was packed so perfectly. Their prices are very competitive and my friend just lives right on the corner so its very easy for him. Family Owned and love the service.

      Thank you Lilly for your response. We take pride in our services and are committed to each and every customer so we appreciate your feedback. We have looked into this matter and found your package was utilizing our free drop off service. This service is at no cost to the customer and is a service offered as a convenience for being the nearest shipping store to the surrounding neighborhoods. Your package which was dropped off was not secured properly with the return label sealing the bag. The label is not intended to hold the item closed and unfortunately before transit the delivery driver was unable to take the package as it tore. We attempted to reach out to you as it occurred but were unable to reach you. We tried to solve the matter once you were made aware but you refused to allow us to help and acosted our employees. We will appreciate your future business but do not tolerate bilgerent behavior as you displayed during your visit.
