Crystal was awesome during to whole leasing process and helped us make sure we had the unit that would best suit our needs! The facility is well maintained and clean and offering great rates. They also have U-Haul trucks and trailers and packing equipment available to rent/but.

I use Cy-Fair Storage for U-Haul service once a month on average, and I wish every business were as conscientious and easy to deal with as this one. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful; but this review is a special shout out to the manager, Crystal, who last week not only provided great customer service (as always), but worked on her day off - while not feeling well - to make sure the job got done. 10 STARS!!!

I would highly recommend Cy-fair Storage to anyone needing a safe place to store. Crystal has been so fantastic and has gone out of her way to help to me on numerous occasions in my 10 months of renting a unit. They absolutely deserve 5 stars because of her.

Pretty neat storage facility. Prices are good. Went there to rent a tow unit to tow a vehicle on my own. It worked. Returning it wasn't much of a hassle except I had to unhook it myself as they had no helpers there at the time and the lady said she was alone and Prego. I would use it again despite the lack of having a staff there to fully help you.
