Huge scam! They quoted a much lower price over the phone and said they would have someone there if 20-30 minutes, and I told them the car is running. Tech shows up almost 2 hours later and charges 3x the originally quoted amount. You can either charge top tier price and provide top tier service or go out of business slowly ripping people off! Not cool!
