Why wouldnt you use the Lippincott Team. Amy and her team have Un-Beatable customer service and work hard for you. Every member of the Lippincott team is always responsive to your concerns and will work with you to find the best possible outcome for selling or purchasing your next home. You could take my review as a one and done. However, we have used the Lippincott Team 8 times to buy and sell and I could give the same review each time! RJ Satchel was our sellers agent and always kept us in the loop of what was going on. He also fought hard to get us the best deal possible in one of the weirdest markets we have ever sold in. He also was present every step of the way until we finally closed. Jennifer Stringer was our buyers agent and she worked hard to be sure we were being taken care of throughout the purchasing process. If I had a question, I was confident she would always give me a quick response. The team behind the scenes is stelar! They are the glue that holds everything together during this process of buying and selling. In my opinion they hold a big reason to why the Lippincott team is so successful in keeping their customers satisfied. When you hire Amy, you truly hire her WHOLE TEAM.
