This house is 7000 square feet and has a ceramic tile roof thats at least 40-50
feet high so this was no easy task. My roof was literally black when they started.
These guys did a process called softwash and restored it back to it natural color.
I like the fact they knew exactly how to walk on these tiles without breaking any
as well as taking before and after pictures. Very professional company and very
pleased with the outcome. It can be a daunting decision when choosing the right
company for the right job. Im so glad I picked Sunny! Thanks guys! Great job!

We hired them to clean out our gutters after moving in to a (new to us) home.
