This place is AMAZING! and the staff are super sweet! It is definitely a lifesaver to do some errands!

As parents, we absolutely love this place. It has been a lifesaver for us. It makes date nights, errands, last minute plans, all a possibility. Our 5 year old absolutely loves it. She wants to go almost every night and especially loves the theme nights. The staff have been nothing but amazing for us. I am truly grateful for this place. When this place opened up, it was like a light down from the heavens. It really is wonderful and convenient.

My husband and I loved taking our 9 Month Old here. We needed someone to watch our son last minute and this play care was amazing. The staff were friendly. Would recommend to any parent.

Definitely recommend this location. The drop-off and pick-up process was easy. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the play area is very nice and the price is affordable. My son had a blast and he will be back soon.

The only attraction they have is late open hrs on weekends. For day camps its an unsafe childcare actually My toddler had scratch marks on his face and neck and instead of giving me explanation for that , they wrote a report on my child behavior I wanted to know what brought kids to that point that they had a fight and what was the staff doing !!! I was told by the manager that there were 100s of kids and we dont know what happened and my director will call you in 2 weeks for follow up!!! Are you for real !! They have zero work ethics , no compassion for young children , they have no safe playcare for toddlers. They are just money suckers and its an ADVENTURE ZOO!!! Their day camps are the worst !! They dont do all activities that they show on flyers .all those camps flyers are fake, they are to attract parents to bring business. They are understaffed for day camps so they just mingle kids of all ages together and let them run around, fight and get hurt. Then they write reports on your child bad behavior!!! What a place !! I dont know about other locations but cypress one is awfully dangerous to your toddlers. Staff is very rude and treats nonwhite people as trash. Im still waiting for their call for clarification and returning my advance deposit. They only reply to five star reviews. How professional! PS : as noted in other one star review as well, most of the good comments are written by the staff members there.
